STATAS, which stands for Short Term
Adolescent Tracking and Support, provides a non-residential,
intensive intervention for juveniles who are struggling with
school, community and/or family issues. The program
offers encouragement and support to these struggling youth and
their family. The programs main objective is to
encourage and promote responsible thinking and actions among

youth to attend school, complete school assignments, complete
community service, restitution and other court ordered
obligations, as well as comply with all rules at home, school,

Electronic Monitoring |
|
Electronic Monitoring provides a secure
alternative to a non-secure setting. It is utilized as a
cost effective placement option, which satisfies supervision and
public safety issues for juveniles who may otherwise be placed
outside of their home. The program tracks youth compliance
with school, family, social services and courts. The
program encourages youth to become responsible for their
thoughts and actions by requiring them to attend school, and
comply with set guidelines while remaining in the home. It
is designed to give parents the support they need to supervise
their youth, while decreasing the need for secure placements.
